GRILLED BC SPOT PRAWNS WITH GARLIC BUTTER BY

Ingredients:
-1 pound of frozen BC spot prawn tails
- 1/2 cup of butter
-6 tbs olive oil
-3 cloves of garlic
-salt
-pepper
Instructions:

Thaw your 1 pound container of frozen BC Spot Prawns

Add the prawns to a bowl and dress with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper

Chop 3 cloves of garlic

Add 1/2 cup of butter and 4 tablespoons of olive oil to a bowl with the garlic, season with salt and pepper
Instructions:

Cook the butter and garlic on medium heat until simmering, side aside while the prawns are cooking

Cook the prawns on the BBQ at medium heat and close the lid for 2 minutes

Flip the prawns after 2 minutes and close the BBQ lid again for an additional 2 minutes

Reheat the butter and bring to a slow boil

Pull the prawns off the BBQ and pour the hot garlic butter on top of the prawns
This recipe is best enjoyed family style during a summer BBQ! The prawns can be added on top of a steak or a salad.
Please be aware that the prawns need to be peeled before eating. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty to enjoy these delicious BC Spot Prawns!
